Im a sophmore in highschool. and im playing Junior Varsity next year for BASKETBALL?

i want to playcollegebasketball in the future. for the team i need to have a ;lot of endurance. and i was thining i JOG 20 minutes everyday before school. will that help my Endurance a lot?

endurance is important, but quickness is essential. it doesnt matter if you can run for days if your opponent beats you off the first step. i ran cross country and track throughout my high school tenure, but on the court i got beat by kids who were quicker. but still, enduracnce is pretty important, especially in the 4th. so do like 2 miles everyday, run, dont jog, cuz u dont jog in the game. for quickness, squats and power cleans and lunges.

nope....srry bro....i play varsity ball for my school and endurance is important, the most of all physical aspects, but its been proven that you've gotta run at least 30 minutes non-stop before your body really starts to work.....I'd say find more time than just 20 min. before school....add about 15 extra to that in the mornings and run 45 min to an hour before you head inside for the night....that's if you're really dedicated....you gotta put in the effort to get the results.....
most likely yeah usually when i go to the gym i usually run for 15 min and then power walk for about 15 also. who knows then maybe next year you could be on VARSITY
basketball is a game of quickness and endurance u have u do an exercise where u sprint a certain length then jog for a certain time
